This full-day event (9.45am – 4.00pm) will bring together flavour professionals, regulators and technical experts for a series of regulatory updates, technical insights and discussions on flavour innovation.
A key feature of the day will be a poster presentation from Food Science students at the University of Nottingham, showcasing the next generation of flavour experts and their research.
